Orders are shipped within 1-3 buisness days after purchase. You'll recieve an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

We offer standard shipping Australia-wide $12.00 or Express $15.00

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.

  • Standard delivery times within Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express delivery (where available): 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping times vary depending on destination and courier, typically 7–21 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal service issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen events outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Ari the Label is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Ari the Label is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
